Stretching for Increased Mobility & Pain Reduction

Learn how to do a full body stretch using correct techniques.  Stretch sessions  should be done regularly to help you relax, avoid injury, reduce back and/or joint and muscle pain, and sleep better.  done at your home.

1 hr. - $95

1 hr. shared - $55 each person up to 3 people in one session

1/2 hr. - $55

  • Fees are paid in advance for each new month of services  (except for weight loss program).  Cash or check accepted.
  • Sliding scale based on individual financial need. 
  • Twenty four hour cancelation in order to reschedule, or session will be lost. 
  • Cancer patients can arrange for free relaxation and nutrition coaching
  • 10% of profits go to St. Judes Hospital for Children

Doctors permission, to exercise or change nutrition  is implied when you sign the release for coaching.
