Personal Home Workout Design
A complete workout will be designed and taught to you based on your health, fitness level, past injuries, and lifestyle that can be done at home. Beginner level clients must do a minimum of 4 sessions to fully understand techniques so they are safe working at home.
Minimum of 2 sessions for those with previous experience

Two 1 hr. sessions - $190- for more advanced clients
Four 1hr. sessions - $380 - for beginning clients

Fees are paid in advance for each new month of services (except for weight loss program). Cash or check accepted.

Sliding scale based on individual financial need.

Twenty four hour cancelation in order to reschedule, or session will be lost.

Cancer patients can arrange for free relaxation and nutrition coaching

10% of profits go to St. Judes Hospital for Children

Doctors permission, to exercise or change nutrition is implied when you sign the release for coaching.
